"From the very beginning, Scott Gunter, the Hixon Company Representative, came to our home well prepared and with plans for an outdoor screened porch and to have a new roof installed. Scott delivered as he said he would, on time, and the best workmanship we could afford. Once here, theHixon crew went right to work. They were on time, quick, but yet, efficient. We couldn't be more happy with the roof. We did install a quality roof with architectural shingles. It was done in two days. There were many, friendly and efficient workers, all here at the same time. They worked very hard and were relentless in their efforts to please my wife and me."

"BAUER ROOFING   <br /> The work done on the roof was Very Professional. <br /> The problems we encountered were that:·         <br /> They did not adhere to our request NOT to come during a time that we were out of town. <br />         <br /> They did not call before coming to the house. They would just show up and start working when we were not home. <br />          <br /> Damage was done in Hail Storm May 2014 in Richland Northeast, the roof was replaced in September 2014, and the remainder of the work was completed in March 2015. <br />          <br /> They did not supply an itemized bill for what work was performed.  The bill was just a lump sum of what they wanted to be paid.  <br /> The work was good but the billing and work practices were not what I would expect from a <br /> good company.  <br /> <br /> After sending us the itemized bill, Mr Roy Bauer made an appointment in May 2015 to ensure we had all the billing information requested and discuss the matters listed. He personally appologize for the inconviences.  He realized that there was some miscommunication, during this time of massive number of damaged units, that needs to be changed. "Although, I was skeptical on switching from my traditional shingles, the inspector showed me all the benefits of having this type of protection. It offered a longer life of my roof, to where I shouldn&#39;t have to worry about it again in my lifetime, but the other benefits that they offer. They were super easy to work with, didn&#39;t pressure me, and just gave me the facts. I asked him to give me a few days to consider my options, and it took me calling him to set up the install. What really sold me was when I told him â I&#39;m surprised you didn&#39;t blow up my phone trying to make the sale like the other guys have been doing.â . His response was â It isn&#39;t my job to convince you that my product and the work is good, it is the results of everything that I have done before your house. I trust your opinion to choose what is best for you.â ."
