"Tony came (3/3/22). As always he did a great job. The washing machine flooded in the morning and Tony came that afternoon. Checked all the pipes and washing machine. Took care of the issue and made sure to clean up after. Tony is very professional and explains the problem and solution in a way the lay person can understand. He is also a great guy. Very pleasant and fun to talk too. Dixie is not the cheapest in town, however you get what you pay for. We've been care-plan members for several years and it has paid off bigtime!! I highly recommend Tony and Dixie."

"It took about a week to get them on site with the trucks and backhoe. First they had to come check our yard, to see if it was conducive to handling the big vaccuum truck. Then had to wait two days while they/he was in class/ recertification, I think. There was a job or two ahead of me and then they came out. They called me the day before, to confirm their arrival. If was difficult to find the septic tank but after digging four holes, we finally found it. After that, the work went smoothly and seemed routine. They did a good job covering back up the holes and smoothing out the ground. Our pipes are flowing freely again. Yay! <br />"

"I contacted Kim who handles the office and dispatching. She arranged for a service call. The two gentlemen came, found the problem, replaced the motor unit and left. Works great. Jeff was the one who told me 5 years ago that I didn't need to replace my unit like I was being advised by another HVAC company at a cost of $5,000. At the time, Jeff suggested I repair the leak and get a few more years out of the unit. That was five years ago and it still works great."

"Customer telephoned and reached proprietor via mobile phone while he was on another service call; proprietor arranged to meet at customer's house the next morning. Proprietor arrived early for first appointment after giving notice by telephone and, with employee, examined site of leakage problem; proprietor informed customer that repairs would best be undertaken after allowing affected tub area under customer's house to dry for several days. Proprietor remembered to telephone several days later and arranged second meeting to effect repairs. Although proprietor and employee arrived a few minutes late for second service call, they had informed customer by telephone of delay caused by problem at previous worksite. Plumbing problem underneath customer's home was assessed and parts were obtained within 90 minutes of arrival, and repair work was completed within three hours. Proprietor and employee were nothing less than professional and strove to make a complete repair of conditions they found in older home, and their price was quite affordable. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Long story short - Professional but pricey! Originally I was told that a fee of $60 (truck fee) would be deducted from the total charges for services and repairs. However the technician said differently. So, I called the office and got nowhere until I asked for the owner who, of course, was unavailable. I then, told them that I knew that they were on Angie's List and that I would certainly write a review stating everything that happened with this visit. Only then did she instruct the technician to waive the $60 fee and quot;just this one time she saidand quot;. The repair was done but not without a fight for fairness. BE AWARE! <br />"
