I don?t even have a cleanout, so it?s unclear how that determination was made or why it would void the guarantee that was promised to me. It felt like an excuse to avoid standing behind their work. At that point, I had no choice but to call another plumber and pay again for the same unresolved issue. Overall, the problem was not properly fixed, and the guarantee I was promised was not honored.
