"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Eddie was terrific! Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and conscientious, and he seems to have very high standards. He made two visits to our house (each about a 2-hour round trip drive), two days apart. He probably could have gotten by with the repairs he did on the first visit, but he thought that if he could obtain a few additional parts he could come back and give us an even better final product. The price was very good, too. It was as low or lower than any other service person we contacted. (Incidentally, the second visit added only $25 above Eddie's original estimate - probably barely enough to cover his gasoline costs!). Overall, an extremely positive experience and I happily recommend Eddie!"

"Chase arrived on time was ready to work, eager to please, and the service went beyond my expectations. Very appreciative of the hard work and customer service. Would hire again."

"Donte was the most helpful, professional that I have ever had to hire in my 15 years of home ownership. He came to repair my washer and dryer, and they’re running like they did when they were brand new. Knowledgeable, hardworking, fair pricing. I definitely recommend 👍🏼"

"Best repair service in Delaware. With amazing customer services."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"
