No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it.
