They were the lowest price, which actually concerned us a little, but we'd heard good things about them so had them do the work. During the estimate the contractor and a design/scheduling person came out. It was great because we got ideas from the design person, who also makes sure that everyone is where they are to be when they need to be there. The work was done and done right. Mahris does a good job of making sure the subs they use know what they're doing and are professional. We were pleased with the basement, so had them come back and do the family room and upper level bathroom.
