"Kramer did an excellent job building and installing our gazebo. He is very knowledgeable and professional and has a great personality and work ethic. We definitely recommend Kramer to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and excellent handyman."

"I was referred to PCB by a co worker and decided to get a quote for the total remodel of my two bathrooms. They provided me with multiple renderings to show me what the bathrooms would look like (I changed my mind a lot!). That really helped me see the project and what to expect the final outcome to be. Not only were they very professional but they were very patient with me and understanding of my budget. So, i decided to hire them for the job. We had the work start while we were out of the country and within that two weeks they were able to get the entire project within a few days of completion! I trusted their team to be home while I was gone. They were very courteous of my home and the mess the demolition made. I would highly recommend PCB for any project! I will definitely hire them in the future."

"Remarkably well! PCB laid the foundation last fall, 2019. They were careful to match its elevation to the existing house and didn't miss it by even a quarter inch. The main construction started om April 6, 2020 and finished on June 23, 2020. The work was done as per the approved plans and better. We were very impressed with the owners ( Mr. Felipe Silva) attention to detail and prompt responses to our questions or concerns and requested revisions or upgrades. The workmen conducted themselves very professionally and were highly skilled at their crafts. They were also a lot of fun to visit with. We were particularity pleased with the carpentry and roofing skill it took to blend the new addition into the original house and a prior addition. The tile work, cabinetry, counter tops, stucco and wall finishing/paint are all beautiful. Less visible is the plumbing and electrical work it took to tie the buildings together. Once again, very well done. The project came in on budget, plus the cost of the upgrades we requested, and had approved prior to work beginning. I'd recommend PCB to anyone interested in a quality remodel project. They are a really excellent group of people."

"Reule Sun did a FABULOUS job on our house, with incredible attention to detail, extremely thorough preparation, total job-site neatness and cleanliness, lightning responsiveness to any issues which arose, and a very high level of craft. The workers were polite, respectful, friendly, and very conscientious. You will pay for this. But we found it more than worth the difference. After watching our job, the neighbor across the street has hired them for a complete stucco job and also new windows. (If your windows are within shouting distance of needing replacement, do these just ahead of the stucco job.)"

"Timing and efficiency was great. Everything went very well, no trash or debris was left at the sight."

"It went great. The men were very professional and friendly, they removed the old fan, installed the new--much bigger--fan, and left my living room clean. I would hire them again.

"Sergio arrived punctually and analyzed the materials he would need for the repairs. He went to a local near-by hardware store and purchased the necessary sheet rock, which I paid for as it was an extra item. In order to get at the damage, he had to pull off a large 4x4 section of peg-board that itself had been torn. We discussed what might be done to replace, the peg-board but made no decision at that time. I left him to do the work, but when I returned, he had removed the peg-board so carefully that it could be remounted and used again, over the now completely repaired and re plastered damage! He also had spied a crack in the garage ceiling that I had overlooked, and repaired it with tape at his own initiative! Impressive work! I would call upon D&R again for this kind of repair. They also do other kinds of construction work, such as replacing cracked sidewalk or worn driveways."

"Sodo Construction is great. They repaired my roof that had severe hail damage. They were on time, professional and efficient. Not only did my roof come out beautiful, they cleaned up after and even came out to ask how I liked it and if there was any issues. None from me. I am going to request their service again on future plans and additions to my house. I worked with Sarah Jaramillo directly and she answered all my questions and concerns. Use Sodo Construction, you will not be disappointed."

"Work went well. Have had them back for a second coat of transparent stain before the summer sun could cause damage. Very friendly and professional."

"It went very well and I was happy with the service and work done. They came out right away and saved me from further damage. I would highly recommend them."
