We truly enjoy spending time in the all-season room, enjoying the view of floor to ceiling windows so much so that a couple years later we added a second all season room to the first floor below the first room. The second enclosure looks wonderful, blending the trim with the above room. We are also very pleased with their customer service! Mark responds quickly to any questions!"

"The sales person was wonderful. However the sunroom leaked 30 days after completion and they will not fix the roof. Even with photos and videos of the roof leaking they are stating the brick is leaking. Very disappointing since the experience up to this was great and I over paid thinking I would get better customer service."

"Worst contractor I've ever worked with. Almost nothing was completed or done correctly. The windows are the only thing that we are completely happy with. Permits were not properly pulled, no inspections were ever passed, siding & stone veneer was improperly installed, room addition was never completed, patio & pergola were never even started. Job was estimated to take a couple of months; finally fired Mark Spencer of Legacy Windows and Doors after 1 year of being lied to. He stole our money. He is a crook."
