After a flood ruined my basement these guys completely repaired and renovated the space including new french drains, vinyl sheeting behind the drywall, dry locked the window wells and caulked all necessary gaps. Not cheap but they knew exactly what they were doing and since our area has had several storms w record rainfall and my basement has been bone dry. Would use them again in a heartbeat. We made our mind to use his team because he made us feel comfortable to work with. We are 1st time home-owner so finding a contractor who has the patience for us and the knowledge to walk us through decisions when buying materials are very important. James is the one met our requirement. We have 5 bedrooms 2 baths. It took about two months and half to finish because certain materials we ordered did not arrive on time. During the renovation, there were unexpected issues that James discovered, but he was always able to figure out a solution that falls into our budget.
