We had Jack-And-Jill bathroom with a bath/toiled common area and a bathtub with a leaky drain. Water accumulation caused mold to grow under the tub and up two of the three alcove walls and into one of the side rooms. They came out and quoted the work, gave us a work plan, followed it to a 'T', then gave us some hints on things we could do during the rebuild. Their work passed post-inspection on the first pass.
