She gave us options but never tried to upsell us on any additions or features. The work crew was amazing. Their work and attention to detail was fantastic. "Edwardo and his team were very professional and proficient and their work was very good. And the initial work was completed in 2 days with the exception of the glass being installed on a pony wall. Another exception was the reseal of our master shower (not a part of the tub to shower conversion) that had to be redone due using caulk that was not compatible with marble. Martinez (glass installer) did a nice job installing the glass on the pony wall and also he completed the re-caulk of the master shower. Would highly recommend 5 Star Bath."

After he saw what was needed he advised me to use a handyman for the work as they would have to tear down the whole bath and tile set up to the studs to install a new shower unit. Then we were contacted by G.H. and they offered us a free assessment to see if there was damage. We had them out and sure enough we did have damage. They met the insurance adjuster when he came out and got us the money to replace the roof. The work was done in a short period of time and we could not be more pleased."

"I paid less than half of a bid I got from a company with lots of people and lots of overhead. And I am confident that my project was of comparable quality. Removed tub and put in a high-quality walk-in shower- ½” cultured marble wall panels, custom-made shelf, solid cultured marble drain pan with texture to prevent slipping, grab bars, high-quality double-sliding glass doors. I wish the project had taken three days instead of four but that is my only complaint. Jay and his assistant did a good job. He had some good money-saving suggestions and was easy to work with. He matched the swirls on the wall panels (including the indented shelf!) and made the shower walls flow together. Great job!"

"DJ Custom Cabinets (Don Dockery, owner) is a wonderful company to use for custom cabinet work. Last year we thought replacing the kitchen countertops and painting the walls would make our kitchen look more modern. After the work was completed, we realized that we should have replaced the kitchen cabinets as well. We had several contractors look at the cabinets and give us their opinion. We determined that DJ Custom Cabinets was the right team for the job. It was absolutely the right decision! Don has been in this line of business for over 45 years and felt 99% confident that he could put in new kitchen cabinets without removing the new countertops. He built a complex set of braces to hold up the countertops and was successful at removing the lower cabinets without any damage to the new countertops. He then slid the new lower cabinets under the braced countertops with no damage to the countertops. He replaced all the other cabinets as well. It was amazing to watch him do this. The cabinets are beautiful. His work is absolutely the best. Don and his team are great with communication and very respectful. We never had a call that wasn’t answered or returned quickly. He kept us informed throughout the process. The process was explained thoroughly. Timeline for work completion was right on. We highly recommend DJ Custom Cabinets for any custom cabinet work. You won’t be disappointed."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."
