"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"Everything went great. They were very responsive to my initial call. Got an estimate within a few days. Gary initially said that due to work backlog it would take about 4 weeks to get to our job. However, we got back from a day trip out of town only a couple of weeks later to find that they had been there and the gutter had been replaced. "I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done. Once finished they cleaned all their mess up and left me with great looking gutters! I would highly recommend the Gutter Guys!

"Scheduling was a little complicated as we were in the midst of tropical storms passing through. But the day of installation was awesome. Everything finished, from demo to install in a matter of hours. They arrived in the morning and were done by mid-afternoon."

"First things first Allen farmer is a man of his word. If he says he will do something it is done and done with high quality. I scheduled my vacation around some work that was needed to my home as he rescheduled his schedule to accomidate me. His crew was top notch and I was very impressed with their professionalism down to his laborers.
They came in and stripped my roof down to the plywood and put on the exact products and brands I asked for. They were hit with some unplanned bad weather and put every member of his team to work to cover my roof so that we didn't get any water in the house in which I was amazed. The next day they were their first thing to make sure they finished the roof.
They then began work on my deck that was built not so great by a different contractor and made it more stable and added some vinyl soffit and wrapped the sides with metal. I was so happy with the finished product.
Then they tore out our old bay window and added us a 6ft sliding glass door which is so beautiful. They cleaned up all the trash, nails, scraps and left the yard looking as when they arrived.
After Mr. Farmer was paid in full he overheard me talking about some repairs that my dad needed on his roof and stopped by there and fixed him up at no charge because he is retired and doesnt have spare money for repairs which completely made our day.

"John provided the samples, scheduled, and installed roof as scheduled. He also followed up on a couple of unforeseen issues without hesitation. He can improve by communicating quicker and having his crew be more thorough about nails left in yard and driveway. Also, existing gutter covers were reinstalled improperly and has been a pain attempting to reaffix them myself. Overall though, his work and commitment to the job seems good and he is a better value compared to others who gave estimates."
