"A home warranty came with the house I purchased last June. Our Viking refrigerator began to have problems 2 months later. A Viking recall for the door on our refrigerator brought Morris County Appliance Repair into the picture. They knew everything about my refrigerator. Long story short, Morris County Appliance Repair will be taking care of all my appliance repairs from now on even though I still have a home warranty that would pay for such repairs. Their employees are great. Scheduling was easy. Refrigerator is fixed. Note: The first repair call did not fix the problem but they came back 2 more times until they nailed down what the problem was and I was not charged extra. Morris County Appliance Repair is number one on my list."

"Exceptional!!! Rich came out and assessed all 3 appliances! The freezer was fixed in less than 10 seconds, the dryer needed a part ordered, and the oven is toast (which I assumed but needed documentation for a home warranty on it). The dryer part came in a few days later and the dryer was fixed quickly. They are working on providing good documentation for the warranty. And they even told me what part to order for an at-home job on my washing machine. They are helping to restore my faith in service providers. They are definitely trust-worthy and knowledgeable."

The best part? Not only were Moe and Chase professional and knowledgeable about how to diagnose and correct our AC systems issues they were friendly and funny. They played with our obnoxious puppy and said hi and bye to my young son. My wife thought that Chase was actually Enrique Iglesias.
