"We signed an annual contract, for the year of 2007-08, to have them come around once ever 6 weeks put chemicals on lawn and take care of our lawn, as well. On the first appointment, in October 2007, they performed a core aeration on my lawn and wished for it to done only this one time. However, in early August of 2008 they performed the core-aeration again, with-out our permission. We never requested this service and still they performed it and charge us for it. We contacted them multiple times to state that we never wished to have this extra core-aeration performed. They continue to bill us with interest. I have called multiple times and still have had no reply. I should not have to pay this bill (now around $95.00) for something I did not request. During my second phone call to them, end of August, I offered to forfeit the rest of my contract to reach some sort of compromise. They are difficult to contact and get a hold of. This has been a very frustrating ordeal. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- More details: I had talked with Mr. Naiser on the phone during the week of September 18th regarding I was billed by a service, core aeration (7/16/08), which we never placed an order for it. Last October while his staff approached me with his company's basic lawn care program to take care of the weed problems on our side yard, I gave him my permission to do an "one time" core aeration, which was done on 11/12/07. I specifically said we would like to prepaid the whole year expense because we did not want to see unexpected expense popped up and would like to have our budget under control. And, that's why we prepaid the whole year basic lawn care program and an "one time" core aeration done on 11/12/07, such that we would not owe the company any money. On this early August, we received the bill from his which included an "core aeration" done on 7/16/08 and that caused us owe him $90.14 (now is close to $95 because of interest). We're really surprised and shocked while we got that bill, because we never request an "core aeration" service this year and how someone could just walk into our yard to do something and bill us, without our permission or even consulting with us. I immediately called his office regarding this issue, but, no response from his office. After thinking that we might continuously waste our time, on our second and third phone call, we told them that we're willing to forfeit our remaining service of our basic lawn care program for the rest of the contract year (Aug. Sep. and Oct. three months service) such that we would not receive the $90.14 (now around $95) bill, which we did not even agree to pay for it. Nobody returned our multiple phone calls and e-mails to follow up us. Meanwhile, we see the bill of $90.14 increased to around $95."

"I hired Texas Rodent for a week to trap a feral kitty that I wanted to take home from work. We trapped and rehomed a female opossum and a male opossum. Then on the third night we trapped the kitty I was needing to re-home due to all of the new construction (such a relief to know he will be loved, safe and fed). We were not done yet. We cought a raccoon that was rehomed. All of the critters that were caught had been seen eating where food was put out for the kitty I took care of. These critters did not need to be living near I-35 construction with the chance of death due to the crazy and changing traffic. I was grateful for the expertise of Don on where to put the trap for catching the kitty and for rehoming the others to property that they could live more peacefully.
