"I was charged an extra $912.00 for chemicals to take care of mold. The fishy part was I was requested to write a check and the project manager insisted I leave the "Pay To The Order Of" blank on the check. I asked for a business card and was told I did not need it one because I had the phone number. When asked if I should make the check out to the project manager and asked what his full name was he said he was going to take care of me and "not to worry". He was very flirtatious and came across as creepy. I just feel like someone other than the company got a $912.00 bonus!!! Basically I was glad to see him go"

They looked at the level of insulation and found areas where the heat was penetrating more. They recommended specific actions and gave me a number of quoted options on the spot. I was then able to book the service within days of the initial visit. The technicians came and performed the service professionally and made sure to involve me where needed. I would hire them again."
