"the pull-chain on the Fan/light had broken off just at the point it emerged from the fixture, (because of the wobble) and a replacement at that point would not go thru the hole. he drilled out the hole so the chain connection would pass thru without problem. I had tried to put a dimmer switch on a 3-way switch and the whole thing ceased to function. once the correct switch was in, everything worked as it should. done in under an hour, had everything he needed for the job. cost included a replacement switch. pleasant and professional. reasonably priced"

After experiencing issues just getting someone to come out and look at the issue or very high prices, Andy called us right away and was able to schedule an appointment the following day. He was thorough and honest in his assessment of the issues. He went above and beyond what was asked and walked our property to point out other areas of concern and things we can do to help mitigate water issues. When it was time to do the work, he was on time and worked really hard to ensure all the mold in the crawl space was taken care of and replaced damaged installation.
