The quality of their materials, the design and installation being all done by their professional, trained, and experienced employees (no subcontractors), they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and a 4.8 out of 5.0 rating with Google was why we selected West Shore Home. Their sales representative, Annemarie listened to our needs and concerns before the design process started. She suggested helpful design alternatives and provided examples for our completed design. She explained before we signed the contract, the agreed cost in our contract is the last price we pay at the end of the work unless we change the scope of work. The installers, Edwin, Evan, and Coltin were on time for the removal and installation. They explained the process before starting the work and provided updated progress information. They were very considerate of our living conditions and protected our home from any damage. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and dedicated to getting the work done right. It was our experience that Wests Shore Home was friendly, honest, responsive, and dedicated to making our experience as enjoyable as possible. "I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They swapped out our broken old water heater for a high-quality tankless model (worth around $3k) and didn’t even ask for half down upfront. They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. In fact, they let me use it for three full days before I had to reach out to ask how to pay them! 🤯 I was thinking it was impossible to find a company that truly cares about the quality of their work and their customer’s experience anymore and every contractor only cared about rushing to collect a half down check to not show back up. I’ve been through absolute h*** with every contractor I’ve ever hired. When my water heater went out I was absolutely terrified to hire another one.
