"They do great work, very precise. I would suggest they do a full walk through following a job to ensure every thing works correctly, e.g. they nailed our pocket doors closed. Additionally, the sales guy said they could match our kitchen floor to match the product we picked out. When they sent the company out to do the staining, we all learned they could not match the color, so we had to spend a lot more money to have everything match.

"They were great. I recently opened my new suite and needed flooring that wouldn’t ruin the base boards and the carpet. They did just that. They finished in a day and some hours. Also I needed them pretty last minute and he came asap and started working on the floors. It looks amazing. Highly recommend."

We were overwhelmed and unprepared for a remodel, but Roger walked us thru every step of the process. He made sure we understood the process and the costs before we started. His crews did great work and he was there to check the work at every step, calling them back if it was not done to his or our standards. We were very happy with the frequency and ease of communication we had with Roger, the transparency of the process and the outcome. We love our new beautiful bathroom and when we are ready to remodel our kitchen we will be calling Kitchen Krafters."
