"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"I should have gotten more estimates but I was worried about what was behind my bathroom walls that might have lead to more expenses than the original estimate. The bathtub looks great but the first time I took a shower the water pressure was terrible. They sent someone out the next day but he was unable to resolve the problem. There were several conversations and I was told the plumber thought there was a cracked pipe and I should get a local plumber out to fix it. They did offer to split the cost of the repair bill. However, I was never informed of any issues with the pipes and when I did get a plumber out, I was informed it was not my pipes and the problem was with one of the newly installed pipes. In my opinion, this is a problem that should have been caught during installation. Now I am waiting for a fourth service person to rip out one of the walls and replace the pipe. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality installation."

"We had a very tight timeline because we moved into a house and was having carpet installed and furniture from the old house delivered within a few days. Chris worked long, hard hours to make sure his work was done so we could get the carpet installed timely. We had used Chris before for drywalling (which required painting). We thought he did such a great job that we wanted him for an exclusive paint job. We are going to paint additional rooms, and we will be calling Chris to do the work. He is very reliable, not to mention honest. Side Note...Chris was at the house the day the movers came to deliver the furniture from the old house. There was a foot of snow on the ground. He offered to leave his drop cloths for the movers so they would not track snow into the house and on the new carpet. He then came to pick them up even though we offered to wash them and deliver them. That is serivce!"
