I was very pleased when I arrived and saw the finished product. The guys did a wonderful job and the entire experience with this company was such a pleasure. If I had to say something negative it was that the moldings were slightly chipped during the installation but the crew even removed whatever furniture was in the way so how can I complain? Highly recommend Bay Carpet & Flooring!"
