"In a complex job there will be trials and tribulations and this was no exception. We’re only a couple days past completion but they worked diligently to ensure my satisfaction and will for your job as well. That’s more important when things don’t go exactly as expected and Rooter Pro delivered on that. "

"I have referred Bluestream Plumbing numerous times to friends and family because every single time they do the plumbing repair, it’s fairly priced, results are stellar, and all of Bluestream’s team are mannerable, knowledgeable, and customer focused. I take my recommendations VERY seriously (I no longer recommend any other plumbing co.) so I never worry when I give Bluestream’s number to a friend and tell them to call! I’m a Bluestream Plumbing fan for life and you will be too after you experience their service and commitment to excellence!"

"As a repeat customer, I can say that Billy never fails to deliver great customer service at a great price. He is honest and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our sewage exit drain pipe after record rain. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. After the hole was dug he also noticed what could be another issue and upon further uncovering, he was 100% correct. Our pipe was semi disconnected just a bit further down the line. Taking care of that problem too while the hole was open saved us money and headaches! Our system is up and running well and the price was more than fair. If you want an honest, knowledgeable contractor, hire Amos!"

"I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."
