"Laminate was destroyed by a slab leak, we got 3 bids to replace flooring on our entire first floor. Floors 4 Less was not only the best for selection and price, but schedule was by far the best, they started work 2 days after contract was signed. The install was seamless, they showed up on time, kept the work site clean and completed the entire first floor rip out and install in 3 days...including putting the baseboards and shoe molding back. "Joe’s Floor Shop replaced all my flooring. Engineered hardwood in entry, DR, LR, halls. Carpet in 4 bedrooms and tile in game room, kitchen and master bath. Also refaced the fireplace. Jose answered all my questions and was very professional. The team cleaned up every day and made this big job more pleasant than I ever thought it could be. Brother’s Remodeling and Construction textured and painted my entry, DR and master bath. They also removed a dated light box from my kitchen and replaced with LED lights on a dimmer switch and fixed a crack across the kitchen ceiling. They did an awesome job and you can’t tell where the repairs were made. Besides doing an awesome job everyone was friendly and easy to work with! I would definitely use them again."

We had 3 bids all through Angie's List, one of the companies Granite Outlet II that  we had used before. The other two bids were from Solid Stone Fab. and KAT Fab

Most of the bids were similar, except all of the companies provided different prices for removal, sink cutout, plumbing for rehook-up of sink, and rehooking up stove top.

Granite Outlet II had a plumber in-house. Solid Stone had a recommendation for a plumber and KAT didn't provide a recommendation.

We kept our backslash and KAT was the only company that had an issue with cutting it down if needed. And it was cut to allow for the quartz.

We chose Solid Stone Fabricators because we trusted Claudia to do a good job for us. She was very attuned to our needs and anytime we asked her a question if she didn't already know it she got right back with us. She took good notes and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We went to see the where the countertops were fabricated at Solid Stone and we also went to Cambria Quartz in Carrollton and looked at the Quartz we wanted and received large samples there.

They came out and measured and showed up on time, then we scheduled for the install.

The installers showed up at their scheduled time and finished in less then 5 hours. The next morning the plumber came and hooked the sink and stove back up.

Claudia came out a few days later and bought us our extra quartz. its VERY heavy but we wanted to keep it and they also made us a cutting board.

"Daniel did a great job.  Tub looks great and he took good care to not mess up the bathroom.  There was a bit of overspray but he cleaned most all of it up.  Tub looks great and now the renters want the name of the company for their mother-in-law's tub.
This was rental property and I will use them again on other properties.
Price was reasonable.  I had trip charge because I was far away but overall cost was still reasonable.
