We are do it yourselfers but still needed some advice and parts so we called Moore SC on JULY 4th. I couldn't believe they were open and the lady on the phone was super helpful, so my husband asked if they did repairs and the answer was yes! So when she told us they could come the very next day between noon and 2 we decided to let the pros do the repairs. Sabino showed up today at 2:45 and was very knowledgeable and worked quickly which is nice as you are paying by the hour. About 50 feet of underground wiring had to be completely replaced. All in all $282. I'm super pleased with the professionalism, promptness and quality of work. I'm sure it is difficult to gauge timing of appointments as there are so many possible issues with irrigation systems. I felt 2:45 arrival was acceptable."

When I had to remind him about that as he was leaving, he said he did not have his trimmers, but had a job in the area the next week and would be back. He did not come, and ignored my texts asking whether he was coming. Like most contractors I have dealt with, once they get their $, they drop off...regardless of whether the job is done or not. It is not a huge deal, but when someone leaves asking me to consider them for future work, they should complete what they say they are going to do if they want that to happen. I would still recommend them, but I would recommend getting an itemized list of every portion of the job to be done, and potentially assign a $ amount to each portion in the event that something changes in the plan."
