I counter with an offer that was 1000.00 less than their estimate. I had gotten a couple estimates around 3200. $ I really wanted to go with them because they had a good reputation.The gentleman I was dealing with at Moore said they could not do it at 3200$. He was highly courteous and professional with the estimate. So we had a stale mate and I went with someone else for 3200.00$ I am happy with the install I got from other company . Moore Sprinkler company seams like a very good company ; they just a little to high for me."

"I had Tony and his team inspect all 20 stations and make appropriate adjustments and or replacements. He was to be here at 0700 but was here like I was taught, 15 minutes early. They made adjustments where needed but more importantly found heads that were not connected properly/broken connectors. Some heads were relocated to allow better coverage of the lawn. "The sod install was done well, but I had to remind them to do things like clear and test the sprinkler heads and complete a landscape wall (it was too low and the mulch would have spilled out from the rain). The bid included the removal of bushes, but he talked me into keeping what I had. Since he was not going to be removing them, I asked and he agreed to trim them. When I had to remind him about that as he was leaving, he said he did not have his trimmers, but had a job in the area the next week and would be back. He did not come, and ignored my texts asking whether he was coming. Like most contractors I have dealt with, once they get their $, they drop off...regardless of whether the job is done or not. It is not a huge deal, but when someone leaves asking me to consider them for future work, they should complete what they say they are going to do if they want that to happen. I would still recommend them, but I would recommend getting an itemized list of every portion of the job to be done, and potentially assign a $ amount to each portion in the event that something changes in the plan."
