We were scheduled in a timely fashion, the crew showed up on time, and finished surprisingly fast. Everyone was professional and friendly. Our family highly recommends Save A Tree, as we are having them back in the fall to trim a fruit tree!"

"I called on the 27th of Oct, signed the contract on the 28th of Oct. They were to come and do the job on Nov. 20. The morning of Nov 20th they called and said that they were not going to be able to make it as they were having issues with their machine. They showed up in the 27th (7days layer and almost a month after the initial contract signing). Trimmed the tree, did not blow away the sawdust that was left and also broke my picket fence in three places. See pictures below. Spoke with one of the guys that was here and made him aware of the broken areas. After the job was complete, I asked for a receipt and he said that the office would be mailing me a receipt. He could not provide this. Eric said that he would come back and fix the fence and he has yet to come and fix the broken areas. I called the office 2 times left messages and no one has responded as I type this on Dec 6. I do not recommend this company."

"It went perfect, however, the removal process broke one of my sprinkler zones. An hour after they left I started my sprinkler system, and at the zone where the tree was removed, water was gushing out. When I called the Arborscape Company, they said there was a disclaimer (very smallprint 1 font size) on the back that stated they are not responsible for this type of issue. I think they should disclose this during the bid process with a human voice. Perhaps the most silly thing said to me on the phone was that this removal of the tree likely was not the cause of the sprinkler damage. This is common sense, the sprinkler has been operating for 10 years on that zone with no issues, a tree is removed, and water now gushes from where the tree was removed. I'm ok with being given/pointed out on the bid instruction that they aren't responsible, but I was less impressed with the representative on the phone that told me this wasn't likely due to the tree being removed and stump being grinded just 1 hour prior to my call regarding the sprinkler compliant.Made a great, smooth overall process go South quickly."

"Just Sod did a fantastic job transforming our front yard. Jason gave an honest assessment of our needs and worked with us on what we were going for. He was punctual, explained well what his plan was, followed through on timing, worked hard, and above all, was trustworthy. Work done included cutting out tree roots to make the yard flatter, smoothing out the ground in general, expanding the perimeter of the yard which meant raking out rocks and taking out old/dead stumps in order to prep the area. After a brief description of the condition of my trees, Mr. Sieber was able to make a preliminary diagnosis of the problem. He set a specific time to come to my home, none of the "noon to 4PM" nonsense and he was here at the appointed time. He evaluated my trees, confirmed his original diagnosis and gave me a firm bid which was extremely reasonable. After the work was completed he gave me solid ideas of what I can do to prevent future problems and improve the health of my trees, shrubs and lawn. Great job!! My wife and I love the new curb appeal of our house and will be accenting with potted plants and a little seating area soon!!"

While did have a few minor setbacks, (the weather in Denver can be quite unpredictable) any time there was unexpected weather that caused any delay, Heather and her team were on top of itand acirc;??calling me before I had to call them. Luckily, thanks to Heather we were able to enjoy a wonderful holiday season in our new outdoor living space (when the weather allowed). Finally, and this might be the most important point, Sutter Design Group came in on budget. From the moment we determined what the budget was, Heather made sure that I was kept apprised of the cost of the project. I had some changes that I made during the process and the price reflected the changes I made. What I have discovered is that a landscaping project is fluid to some degree as I was able to see the project develop in front of me I realized some small changes could make a big difference in how I enjoyed the space. I appreciated that Heather was willing to bring up possibilities and we were able to talk through possible solutions so I was completely satisfied with the end result. When changes were made I received both the charge for those changes and the credit associated with the product I wasnand acirc;??t receiving. There were never any surprises. Thanks to the guidance I received from Sutter Design Group, I was able to turn my vision for my haven into a reality and my family and I enjoy the results every day."
