"JAM more than met our expectations! We had heard all of the horror stories with kitchen remodels from friends and neighbors, so we were ready for a bumpy ride. However, from the very first phone call with Rick Sr. our experience was TOP KNOTCH! Speaking of which, he actually took our first call when he was on vacation! That truly shows his dedication! After the first official meet and greet, JAM told us how the entire process would work-1) kitchen cabinet/countertop tear-out 2)replace cabinets and countertops 3) touch up painting 4) enjoy our new kitchen. They gave us timelines for each phase and always had the job done on time; if not early. The one thing that I want to emphasize is how thoughtful and compassionate Rick Sr. and Rick Jr. were through the entire process. They completely ripped out our kitchen over the Christmas holidays, but they were extremely conscientious to our needs and left us with a **functional kitchen** so we could still cook and enjoy our time with family. "HONEST, DEPENDABLE, CREATIVE, EFFICIENT, AND REASONABLE PRICES. This is obviously a family-owned business that takes pride in iits craft and reputation. I have used this company for several different projects over the last 2 yrars, ranging from $1500-$10,000. Maybe not the cheapest, but they had to replace and repair what lower cost contractors had done to my house. BEAUTIFUL DESIGN. Used the available space without overly narrowing hallway. Javier even went over which sorts of items, files, boxes, etc. That I wanted to store, and made sure to proportion spaces accordingly. Incredibly durable painted / colored surfaces, even with my kids banging step stools into them. HUNDREDS of colors to choose from. Patient, careful design and installation, and any small issues (which were mostly due to the poor original construction of the old kitchen cabinets that they had to work around or repair) were corrected quickly. Javier make his gorgeous design form match the function that you need, and doesn't try to upsell just to make money. I have SO MANY new projects I want him to do, including my mom's new tiny house. Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! Overall an excellent experience start to finish!!"

"I own 3 warehouses and have used Reade many times over the past two years. He and his crew have done clean up work and renovations of units after tenants leave, general carpentry and construction, repair and some remodeling, painting, pressure washing, and a lot of other tasks related to keeping the warehouses looking good. Additionally, he has done work around my house and I have recommended him to several other companies that I have relationships with. The other companies are also impressed with his work and continue to use him on other jobs as needed. He and Robert work hard, don't slack off on the job, are very fair regarding pricing, are punctual and follow up if there are issues after the object is done. Reade is very knowledgeable about a lot of things related to construction and knows what to do and what not to do. Just this weekend, Reade and Robert worked with me on a shed I was building. "Work was drawn out due to our vacation and several unexpected out-of-state funerals. Communication with CGC office staff was 2.5 (on 5 point scale). A payment schedule - when and how much - should have been explained in advance. The work: removed steel bathtub and tile surround, plumbing relocated, new cement board, fancy tile, new plumbing fixtures and glass shower doors installed. Wallpapered dining room walls had light plaster coat first applied to smooth out existing orange peel texture. Excellent attention to pattern matching. Paper waste was minimized."
