After strong winds damaged my fence, I reached out and sent photos. The repair needed more than a simple adjustment, and they could have easily pushed for a much more expensive fix or even a partial reinstall. Instead, they were honest, responsive, and fair. They only charged a small service fee and are taking the time to properly repair everything so the fence is fully restored?not just patched. That level of integrity and follow-through says a lot. "I hired Sham Shield because of the deal, $175 for house pressure-washing plus bonus service and $129 for white vinyl fencing. I thought it was a good deal so I went for it. I received a response right away from Zac. Then the scheduled appointment was moved to another day for medical reasons. The job was started seven days after, 9/14. I was not present during the actual pressure washing. I have been communicating with Zac through text messages. He texted me the “before and after” pictures ( photo # 6). I thought the job was excellent based on the pictures sent to me ( photos # 3, 4, 5, 6 ).The exterior and vinyl fence looked immaculately clean ( photo # 5). I paid extra for the driveway and walkway ( photos # 7, 8). He told me there were some stains that didn’t come off but he promised to come back and remove them for free. When I came home, I was not completely satisfied, so I took some pictures of the stains and sent them to him ( photos # 1, 2 , 9). I thought he was kind enough to say he would take care of them for me. However, he said that some stains won’t come off yet the most stubborn stains were taken off ( photo # 4). He promised to come to re-wash on 9/20 but until now no re-wash has been done. I received one text message after another but only to be disappointed. I waited this long to write a review because I was waiting for the re-wash which never happened. I understand that there are some unavoidable circumstances but if broken promises were made one after another, I find it hard to trust Sham Shield for future pressure washing jobs. I don’t think I can recommend them to my friends and families who need cleaning services. Lessons learned: Do not be too trusting. Pictures can be misleading. Be present during the actual cleaning if possible. I hope this review helps."
