That was greatly appreciated so I knew what was going on. The two techs who came got right to the problem. They gave me complete confidence in their expertise. A simple fix was done on my hose. No one tried to convince me that any additional repairs or parts were needed. They were professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable dealing with them. Another plus is that if I have any other problem within 30 days there will be no service charge for them to come back and if it's for a related problem requiring parts, the original service will be applied to the cost. In fact, the only charge I was responsible for was the amount quoted on the phone call when I set up the appointment. I was impressed."

Once at my home, they thoroughly inspected the appliance and diagnosed the problem, after considering various diagnoses. While here, I mentioned that there was an issue with the circuitboard of my oven range, and they took a look at that without hesitating. They determined that I would need to replace the circuitboard, as no particular repair could be made, and then proceeded to look up the part for me from multiple local parts stores. They provided me with the price for the part and ultimately told me that it was an easy installation that I could likely handle on my own, so as to save me the money on labor. They mentioned that if I needed any assistance, that I could call them and they would be happy to walk me through the installation over the phone. After all this, I was only charged a visit fee which was very reasonable, considering it was a Sunday. Overall, Rays reflects itself as an honest, personable, and competent appliance repair company.
