At the end of the evening he walked my husband and I through the completed project, talked about a few items to be aware of in the future, and briefly talked about our well. Sam answered all our questions and even discussed how he designed and implemented the reconfiguration. There was an open line of communication from start to finish about the project and he was available to help in the time leading up to the actual project completion.
