"We read Jerry the Plumbers reviews and made an appointment to replace our water heater, WOW we are so happy, he came right away, very professional, Jerry was so nice and did an excellent job - we couldn't be happier. We will use Jerry for any plumbing needs we have in the future. If there were 10 stars I would rate Jerry a 10+, what a pleasure it was to have such an experienced really nice plumber."

"I was very pleased with my experience with Griswold Plumbing, they installed a new shower faucet/showerhead and later a water treatment system. They were prompt, very professional, and courteous going the extra mile when needed. I highly recommend Griswold Plumbing and won't hesitate to call them again."

"We recently hired Mike to install a new shower for us. He showed up on time and left the place as he found it no dust very clean and efficient. We would recomend mike 10 out of 10 times."

"Tony and his crew saved us! Tony returned my call for consultation and repair need and came with his crew in a timely manner. They diagnosed the problem carefully and ordered the pump we needed and replaced the damaged one before the Christmas holiday. We were very grateful and really appreciated their professional manner at all times and their much needed experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone!"

"I rated them B for responsiveness because the first time I called I was told they would call back and they did not. As you would expect the price was too high. They ended up tightening a union of pipes and testing to see if it leaked. The first time it was tightened, it did leak and they went to replace the part. A second tech tightened it further, retested and it did not leak. Not sure why the first person didn't tighten further. So the question remains; is the problem solved. We will see when the heating season begins. The techs were young, personable and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They spent over two hours here, some of it waiting to get the heating up for testing. Had a $50.00 coupon or the cost would have been over $400."

"Max and his team completed all projects exactly as planned, and within a reasonable timeline. Max was professional and friendly. We will return to him for all our future construction needs, and we wholeheartedly recommend him."

"The work went quickly and professionally.  The crew was careful to
protect our environment and to keep us notified of what they were doing
and when to expect noise, etc.  This was especially important as we have
three older dogs and we were able to schedule their water theraphy for
the noisiest day. There was an additional problem discovered with
plumbing into the basement.  A pipe from the street to the water meter
had to be replaced by another contractor.  The Basement Guys were unable
to waterproof that spot until after the repair was completed.  They
returned promptly and completed the work, also double checking for any
chips or gaps that had arisen in the foam insulation and fixing them
and touching up the waterproofing epoxy where the termite company had
drilled holes in the basement wall.  We were extremely pleased with
their service. They are phenomenal! We highly recommend Dry-X Waterprofing.
