"Angel did a bathroom gut for me which included tile, plumbing, electric, painting. The job ran right on schedule. they work clean and neat. He was able to help choose perfect colors and wall paper. He was very responsive and did exactly what he said he was going to do. This is the 3rd time I hired him and I would have no hesitation hiring him again."

This is the 2nd major project I contracted Art DeRosa & Co for.  The 1st being 4 years ago a major living room/family room renovation which was hugely successful.  That 1st experience led me to award Art (after several other competitive quotes) this 2nd and far larger & more complex project.

Overall it went well but this was a complicated project encompassing all the typical trades and expertise of building a new luxury house but far more complicated because it was a renovation performed while we were living in the home. Dust partition walls with wood framing had to be erected in several locations in the house which included temporary doors for entering and egress in certain areas of the remaining living areas of the house in order to protect the remaining house from dust and demolition , as well as, provide privacy for us during construction.

Experience, Experience, Experience and Professionalism, Professionalism, Professionalism are the hallmarks of Art DeRosa and company.  He is a seasoned performer and pretty much seen it all.  Art has such a vast amount of home construction experience in both hi-end and medium end homes that he can draw upon a wealth of knowledge in all construction disciplines to implement a fine finished result.  As a former tool and die maker his penchant for hi-precision finish work yields highest quality appearances to things like moldings; trim; windows; doors; floors; etc. etc.

This complex renovation project lasted 7 months which was within the initial time estimate given at the beginning and Art DeRosa and team were here every single day, day in and day out,  bright and early during that time frame. He did not start any other projects and stayed on the job day-in and day-out even when other sub-contractors such as plumbers and electricians were on the job site excluding his people from doing any other work. Art DeRosa and team were here every single day until final signoff.

I would not hesitate to recommend Art DeRosa & Co for any planned New House and/or House Renovation of any kind.

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"

"Very Professional and fast thanks again"

"Vinny is amazing and so is his team!! They were unbelievable from start to finish!! So professional, thorough, neat and friendly on top of it!! They did an impecable job installing my new sliding glass doors! They removed the old, put in the new and did all of the trim work for me! Came out absolutely beautiful!! I highly recommend VP Contracting!!"

"I had hired Mr Handyman to paint my living room, dining area and stairwell. Everything was completed in one day. It looks great, very neat and professional job."

"My house is 90 years old & he has performed several fix-it projects such as new door saddles, caulking in bathrooms, faucet repair, outside door repair, hanging heavy mirror. He delivers quality workmanship & leaves the area meticulous. I am very pleased with work & would again when a need arises."

"Carlos was extremely attentive to what I needed for my closets and provided great recommendations as we were brainstorming different solutions for how to customize for my new condo. He was prompt in all of our correspondences and transparent about the entire process. I have a couple of oddly designed closet doors that we had to work around; but when the drawers I was hoping for weren't available, Carlos said that he would custom build to what I wanted! We hit a speedbump with me catching covid, but Carlos was very supportive and still came through to complete 2 out of the 3 closets I contracted him for while I stayed at the far opposite end of the condo. I was so grateful for the enthusiasm, professionalism, and straight up care Carlos and his partner put into this project. And I am LOVING the work that's been done so far! Can't wait to get better so that we could start back up on the master bedroom closet!"

"While we were happy with the completed work, we really wish Steve was available more to do the work in the mornings instead of afternoons. It was hard to nail down times with him but to be fair, it also snowed 3 of the 6 weeks he was working on our staircase. His prices were quite reasonable compared to others we interviewed. He even offered a reduced fee when the work became more extensive and stretched into additional weeks."

"Jon was great to work with. He did careful preparation which showed in the excellent quality results. His team was professional, detail-oriented, friendly, and resourceful. I would highly recommend Lederman's Mark."
