"We needed a major debris cleanup after this Winter’s storms, and were unable to find anyone able to commit to getting that done. Our “tree guy” recommended JM Landscaping. "I initially left a message for another company, but Bresnahan called back. They were prompt and after repairing the initial malfunctioning back flow preventers worked on other zone repairs. Early on I was quoted $95./hr for work + parts. I subsequently discussed wanting to see where the bill was and again went over the hrly rate, which was $95. per worker! I asked for an estimate on the remaining work but the owner said he couldn't do that and that his rates were in line with the industry. Take home message is get a full estimate before starting, since our project ballooned to $6,000. and is not done."
