"I wanted to finish the basement floors in my townhouse with a material that was impermeable to any kind of water damage or mold. There were several options to choose from and I chose the Medici treatment which turned out to be the best answer to my needs. Ross, the owner, was very quick to respond to my inquiry, came to my home to look at the project, discuss my goals, gave me a bid, and scheduled the install that same afternoon! He also worked with me as to the colors I desired and the result was outstanding! Wish I could post a picture. The crew was polite and courteous, moved a lot of heavy stuff (washer & dryer) so they could work without a single complaint, and the job was completed on schedule and on budget. No â hiddenâ fees or expenses of any kind. I will say that the odor from the product is quite strong , so if you decide to do this on an INTERIOR space like I did, ideally you may want to take a short vacation from home. I stuck it out at home and the odor was pretty much gone within about 24 hours of completion of the job (my project was done over two daysâ time). If you are doing this for a garage space, I donâ t think youâ ll have any issues. I really enjoyed working with Ross and his crew and highly recommend them!"

"Great job, this was a somewhat complicated project. I had two contractors, one to demo, design and rebuild the basement and EnviroShapes to tear out and replace the concrete. So there was a lot of coordination needed between them including redoing some underground plumbing. In addition I had to access the site through the back of my neighbors property which required careful use and care. The finished floor is great, so nice to have after dealing with years of heaving and broken concrete that was originally there. The new one has rebar at two foot spacing with 3,000 psi concrete. It should be bomb proof."

He and his crew showed up on time as agreed upon and performed the work exactly as bid. The work was done on time and with excellent craftsmanship. "Domian responded when three other concrete contractors wouldn't even answer the phone to give us a bid. They said that they usually work on larger jobs than ours but they would give us a price if we would agree to be flexible on the work date.  Since our job was a smaller one, their plan was to complete the work when they could couple it with another job nearby.  We agreed.

It took a few weeks to get scheduled but they came and did nice work over 2 days and were very courteous to my wife who was home during part of their work. It started to rain after the concrete was poured and one of the workers said he lived nearby and if weather posed a threat he would return to cover their work. The rain was light, no cover was needed and the sidewalk looks good. The buried downspout now empties rainwater harmlessly to another part of our yard instead of the walk up to our front door which will be a major improvement when winter comes.

I should also add that our sidewalk was not a routine install. It was located over a section of side yard that had a layer of solid rock that prevented the usual dirt removal and form set. The brought a bobcat to clear the path so that the sidewalk would follow a smooth, level path parallel to the street.

There were no surprises. They did what they promised and their workmanship was excellent."

"Daniel Sanft and his family crew were easy to work with. They arrived as arranged, working two long days. Daniel has been doing concrete work for twenty years and was good with the repairs and keeping his crew on assignment. The color choices were limited, however, the price was within budget and with a few changes to their contract the details were covered. Of last note, I would recommend that the side walls next to the project be masked off to protect from over spray."
