"I would (and will) hire Rick again to work on our home improvement needs. Rick handled everything with knowledge, good workmanship, professionalism, caring, etc. He was always on time, always up front about things and very easy to talk to. This was our first venture into a major home improvement, and we had a lot of questions. Rick was always both willing and able to answer our questions. I was due to have our second baby at the beginning of September and Rick knew I wanted this project completed before then - if at all possible. Everything that depended on Rick, was completed. (Things dependent on my husband and I making up our minds - not so much - hence the November completion date.) <br /> We're very happy with our finished basement, with the quality, the aesthetics, etc. For me, when I read these reviews, it always speaks volumes if the homeowner is willing to rehire. As I mentioned above, I would definitely rehire Rick. As I was typing this review, my husband asked what I was doing. I told him I was finally finishing the review for Bay Ridge Development on Angie's List. He was happy I was finally doing this review (yes, I know it's over a year old), but more importantly, he instantly stated that we need to call Rick to start working on....and began listing multiple projects.
