"From our first contact with this company, we were very impressed by their attitude, professionalism, doing what they said they would do. Price charged within local standards and used quality products. They kept in contact with us, keeping us up to date on plans for job. The job had to be postponed for 2 weeks due to constant rain but they let us know in plenty of time to make sure it was ok with us. The office contact, Megan, is very friendly and efficient. The crew that came was super excellent. They went right to work, no wasted time. Kept work area neat, cleaned up after first day. On second day, finished the job and left our home and yard looking better than it did before they came. Our next door neighbor commented that he had never seen such a professional job and group of people. We have mobility issues so they carried the extra shingles to our basement and put them exactly where we wanted them and even picked up some heavy bags of salt for our water conditioner from the local Home Depot and put them in our basement. Cannot say enough good things about them. Our roof looks great, they provided a great warranty and quality product. We have already scheduled them to come back for an estimate to replace our outside steps (which they hauled away at our request at no extra charge) Would highly recommend them. They even gave us a gift of homemade baked goods as a thank you for using their services Bob and Carol Merritt"

"We were very pleased with the job that Full Phase Gutters did installing new seamless gutters and downspouts for our house. They were nice enough to come by and give us an estimate very early on a rainy morning since it was the only time we could see them. We liked it that they have three kinds of gutters to choose from, and they showed us pictures of each. Their "Gutter Helmet" was just the type of gutter we wanted since we've always had a big problem with seedlings, leaves, and twigs clogging our gutters. The team did a superb job of installing the gutters on our house, making sure to put the downspouts exactly the way we wanted. Both gutters and downspouts look great! We really appreciated it that Full Phase care about doing a good job and making their customers happy.

"I found this contractor through one of the Angie's List "Big Deals."  Matt responded very quickly to the initial purchase of his deal (roof maintenance and $100.00 credit for repairs), and was out to the job site within a few days.  He sized the work, gave me a verbal description of what additional work needed to be done and an estimate of the cost, and ultimately completed the work within 5 business days.  Note:  all of this was done by phone and text, since the property is seasonal and I do not live in the area.
I cannot comment on the quality because I have not seen the result other than in pictures.  But I trust that the work was done as described, and would use this vendor again.

"Mack arrived right on time for the appointment to give me an estimate. He was the only roofing contractor (out of seven) who would give me a warranty for the repair. Mack suggested replacing the whole roof around the dormer rather than just the valleys. The other quotes were more expensive and they were for replacing the roofing in the valleys only and the work would not be warrantied. On the day the work was set to begin Mack and his crew arrived on time and went immediately to work. They did a complete tear off of the existing roofing material and in doing so Mack was able to discover the root cause of my leak. The previous roofers had installed some step flashing incorrectly. Mack also discovered that even though there was a ridge vent cap installed there was no opening at the ridge vent. Mack fixed this be cutting an opening at the ridge with no additional expense to me. Mack and his crew did a great job. They fixed my roof, cleaned up after the work was done and they were a pleasure to work with. Mack took pictures of the project along they way that he shared with me after he was done and that was really great."
