The only thing that could be improved is acknowledgement of our order (which we mailed in--almost has to be done this way since one sends a graphic of the table shape with the order). "Brian and his team did a very thorough job replacing the roof. The team stripped off the old roof quickly and kept the surrounding area clean. Brian paid particular attention to getting the job done in a way that would prevent damage from ice dams. The lead flashing he did around the chimney looks like it was done by a real artisan. New gutters, downspouts, and leaf-guards were installed with high quality materials an attention to detail."
