THE SALESPERSON WAS NICE, PROFESSIONAL, NOT PUSHY AND GAVE ME ALL THE TIME I NEEDED TO LOOK AT CARPET AND THINK THE DEAL OVER. THEY SHOWED UP TO INSTALL THE CARPET ON TIME, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND EVEN HELPED ME MOVE SOME FURNITURE AROUND THAT I COULDN'T FIND A PLACE FOR."

They came at the agreed-upon time, worked very hard and did a good job. I asked if they could use any scrap that was left to run carpet down my open garage steps and they did so at no extra charge. <br />"
