He said the problem was the mortar under the shower and it would cost approximately $650 to fix. Two weeks later I started looking on Angie's again and reading reviews. After much reading, I called Jerry. I explained the situation to him on the phone and he asked if I had a tile floor in the shower. I don't, I have a one-piece fiberglass shower. He then told me I wouldn't have mortar under the shower and he could fix it for $100. This conversation happened on Monday. I scheduled him for Friday. Well this is Friday and Jerry was here approximately 30 minutes and charged me $100. The drain had broken off from the pipe, all he had to do was move it and he could tell. What a great guy!!!! Honest and efficient. It is great, what a relief. I have a plumber that I trust for life. Yippeeee!!
