Because I have 5 year plans to expand the house and separated garage, we went through lots of scenarios for protecting the house now for less money since everything will be redone during the expansion. Fascia board and flashing were incorrectly installed on my front porch, causing rain to drip between the back of the gutter and fascia. Then I was told, it's the best they could do. They also installed new gutters over rotted wood, after I asked both, the sales member, and the installer to replace the rotted section. I'll be correcting these issues on my own since the company refuses to stand behind their work."
