"The experience was great from our initial hone conversation through installation.  We added a sun room on to our home a few years ago which we love.  However, as a result, our family room became darker.  We considered putting in widows on either side of our fireplace, but did not want to lose the wall space.  A few months ago, a friend mentioned that her sister had installed solartubes in their house in California and were very happy withy them.  We did some research, made a few inquires and found out the Amazing Skylights had been installing a product called Solatube for years.  We contracted them and after an initial phone conversation, the owner came out to our home and explained very clearly how the solatube worked and how it would definitely give us much more light in our family room.
