Mr. Kevin Malloy, the JB owner phoned in less than an hour after I’ve invited the company to bid on the job. An hour later he was in my backyard evaluating it. In the process he volunteered to quote another, larger, outdoor job I was interested in doing later. Hours later I had the quotes in the mail. We agreed to start one as soon as the weather would allow. That happened a couple of days later. His team finished the job in a couple of hours.
