"My home warranty company called these guys to fix a hot water issue (so I can't speak to price; I only paid the warranty call fee). Water wasn't heating up very hot, and took a long time to reheat, due to a blown heating coil. The guy showed up two days after the call was placed, right on time, and diagnosed the problem almost immediately.
