"I called Perdido Heating and Air to schedule an estimate on replacing my air conditioner and was surprised to hear that a free estimate could be given the same day that I called. The receptionist was more that helpful. Our system was working at the time but it was well over due for an overhaul. I thought it was very nice of the receptionist to ask if my system was working, because if it wasnt she was going to try and send someone out right away. I received bids from other companies, but none of the "estimators" were quite as thourough as the man from Perdido Heating and Air. He asked if I had any hot or cold spots in the house and even inspected my air ducts.
