"We are so happy that we went through Pella. Ryan (our sales rep) is truly incredible and very easy to get a hold of when needed. He was prompt, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and a problem solver. When it became apparent with our entry way replacement that we would be spending way more than we budgeted Ryan was able to present solutions to what we were wanting. I still stand in awe at how nice our entry looks. In fact our neighbors complement us on it and what they like about it instead of the simple, "hey, see you got your door replaced looks good." He worked with us on both even when we had to return the fans twice due to incorrect down rod size. "We couldn't be happier with the work that Shawn did for us. We initially had him replace our deck. Since we have an 18 month old, I asked him to add a gate at the steps leading to the yard. We can let our son play without worrying. The deck is right off the kitchen, so we open the sliding glass door close the screen. Now we can can cook or clean and let him play. The second job Shawn did was replace the original 100 year old windows ok n the main floor. Since the outside of the old windows had lead base paint, and most did operate correctly, we felt like we need to replace instead or restore. The work was excellent on both jobs. We highly recommend and plan on hiring Shawn again for the second story windows."

"I readily admit I expect pretty close to perfection in such work. Todd Hottovy laid out the job, and three fellows, plus a subcontractor-electrician, got the job done in a couple of hours. They routed the pipe through the floor and a wall in a basement bedroom closet. I think the closet may have been cleaner after they did the job than beforehand. <br /> There had been a sloppy snow the night before, but they laid down tarps on the floors and steps. There was no mess whatsoever. <br /> It is hard for me to express how satisfied I was with the communication and the work. The prices for all three bids I received were within a few dollars of each other. This happened to be the lowest. Interestingly to me, Todd chose to do the work in a closet, rather than in a small storeroom only a few feet on the other side of the closet, because he preferred the resulting placement of the outside fan and pipe. <br />"

"Another company quoted us a price of between 500 and 600 to replace just the circuit board on our variable speed furnace blower.  They were also going to have to order it from Texas.  Kevin had the part on hand but it turned out the blower unit itself also needed to be replaced.  He converted our variable speed blower to a single speed blower (much less expensive) and charged us $530 for the whole thing.  He was easy to get a hold of and great to work with. <br />"
