"Critter control responded immediately to our message. They called back that day within an hour or less and sent out the technician the next days. The technician sprayed and dodged angry wasps but he said to watch the areas of entrance and they would come out two weeks later if there was still a problem. In two weeks Critter Control called and there were still some wasps entering the blocks so they returned with no charge to us and resprayed the areas of concern. We do have two Huskies in the yard so my concern was one of the dogs getting stung by wasp since she like to snap at the wasp when within her reach."

"Great. I looked up on Angie’slist for a pest control provider because I needed to get a yearly spraying inside and out. Angie’slist sent me the names of three high rated providers. I contacted Preventative and they set up a time for two days from the date I called. They told me the time the pest control specialist, Michael Lujan, would arrive and how much it would cost. It was a reasonable price. The specialist showed up at the designated time, explained to me what he would be doing and then went about spraying. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The specialist sprayed for almost a hour or so (he even put a small, clear container near the sink which would take care of any ants. I paid the bill that had been quoted to me earlier, and he went to his next job. So far, so good. I haven’t seen anything inside and only have seen a couple dead roaches outside on the back porch. I will hire again."

"It was outstanding in every aspect. 1. They responded immediately with a team that had to drive 2 hours to the location of the house. They were there in the afternoon; I called in the morning. Very professional, very knowledgeable. 2. Every single item in a large, uniquely designed home in northern NM was removed and cataloged, including pictures taken of where each item was located. This includes things such as salt and pepper shakers, etc. 3. Everything was driven in semi trucks back down to Santa Fe where each item was cleaned and then brought back up after the repair work was done. This included artwork, pottery, clothes, handmade rugs, quilts, etc. 4. They worked extremely well with the insurance company - very necessary to make sure everything was done and done seamlessly. 5. The workers had to be good at obscure things such as adobe cleaning and repair, Mexican tile, large overhead beams, heavy tile roof... Everything was done well and quickly. 6. This entire job, start to finish, was completed in a little over THREE MONTHS. Unheard of. (And if you don't know, this is incredibly fast.) 7. They encouraged a list of things that weren't done or needed patching, of which there were about 15 small things. They were done immediately. I just can't say enough good things about Paul Davis Restoration!!!"
