"Luis Mercado was very meticulous and professional. He was very neat and tidy and cleaned up very thoroughly when the repair was completed. The repair took the whole day. the result is that where there was a pronounced crack on my granite countertop in front of the sink, it is now fixed and the crack does not show at all! I know that it is there I can see the repair but it is well repaired and polished so imperceptible by someone who doesn't know about the problem. Luis also cleaned and polished the opposite counter. The cost was reasonable and offered a very viable option to changing both counters which would have cost a lot more money. It was excellent value for money I highly recommend OC Marble for any type of granite or marble repair! Annie M"

"Chris came over to clean, seal and do a minor repair on my kitchen counters. Upon arriving, he told me my counters were Caesarstone and the little chips in it would be hard, if not impossible to repair. Instead, he offered to blend in the chips as best as he could, and did a really wonderful job.  <br /> He also removed the caulking around the stone and applied a matching grout. Everything looks fantastic. <br /> Chris was professional and very helpful throughout the process... and also convinced me to go with a natural stone for any of my future kitchen projects. "Clean Cut Stone did an amazing job! Moshe came out to do the estimate, and it was clear he was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made some great suggestions. The two men who came out to do the demolition, Victor and Edwin, were very skilled, while at the same time very friendly and easy to work with. They clearly love their job, and they take pride in doing it well. They are meticulous in their attention to detail and were able to remove the existing countertops without damaging any of our fragile backsplash tiles. Brandon came on Day 2 for installation and he was also wonderful. The countertops look amazing. We love the new look to our kitchen, and the best part was it was hassle-free."

"Chris and his staff did the most excellent job for us. He picked up the two slabs of granite from a granite yard and was able to fit all the counters into two slabs as opposed to three slabs that were estimated by other fabricators. He communicated with us in every step, keeping us informed. When there was a question, he would call and also send photos to effectively help us understand the issue or recommendation. The demolition was done on Tuesday and the installation of the new counters was done the next day on Wednesday. The crews arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They worked well together and took their time in doing the job correctly. <br /> I had gotten three estimates from fabricators and Best Way was by far the best as far as pricing, what they could do, and timeliness in doing the job. I had wanted mitred edges with a 4 inch radius corner on the breakfast bar. One other fabricator told me it couldn't be done. Best Way was able to do this. They also did a great job with the two undermount sink edges that were quite tricky. They did a great job maximizing the bueaty of the stone in the cut outs. <br /> I can't say enough good things about the service and results from Best Way. AAAAAA+++++++++++++ <br /> Best Way will be installing the backsplash when it arrives. They are wonderful to do business with. <br />"

"Duff Tile & Stone was fantastic in a difficult situation where I had rejected the tile installer recommended by my general contractor and selected Eric and his crew instead. The general was not happy about this and although there was some friction initially, Eric kept his sense of humor and proportion throughout the entire process, which lasted 2-1/2 months from his initial visit to completion. Most importantly, however, was the quality of the work, which is uniformly excellent—and even the general contractor now recommends Eric! Eric was also able to suggest some great solutions to details that we had not entirely worked out, like using the granite from our bathroom counters on the edge of the shower dam. So I highly recommend Eric and his crew: they were all professionally skilled and pleasant to be around, in addition to making a genuine contribution to our remodel. I also liked  the business end of the transaction. I received a thorough, thoughtful, detailed and clear proposal, and payments were spaced appropriately to the progress of the work. I have recommended Eric to others and will continue to do so."
