The initial consultant was highly professional and it never felt like he was a ‘salesman’ with high pressure tactics just trying to get his commission. I have never refinished a basement before and assumed it would be the same as any other room in the house but I felt extremely reassured about the materials and methods used to keep the basement in the best condition as possible. When it came to the instillation, I cannot speak highly enough of the people that made it happen. We worked with Perry who is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He is available to communicate at all times and is extremely knowledgeable. In addition, his wife, Meredith, a decorator, was available to offer her expertise. The staff, material and workmanship were of the highest quality.
