I've branched out with the Home Depot and additional carpet businesses from time to time, but no beats these guys in terms of response and installation time, price, and especially customer service (which is almost non existent with the Depot). "Excellent! This company is outstanding! I recommend them highly above all others. Price-wise, they were in the middle of the three flooring stores we visited, but I was happy to pay a little extra for such excellent service. It truly was outstanding and one of the best experiences you can have with construction in your house. Their installers are longtime employees, not contractors, which is very important and makes a huge difference. They showed up exactly when promised, they moved all our furniture in and out of the rooms they were working on, they did a beautiful job, and they completed the work exactly in the time they promised to have it done. The owner himself came out first with samples so we could match the flooring in the hallway exactly, and he did the measuring as well. As soon as they got the wood from the factory they delivered it right away, and after it had a few days to acclimate in the house we got right on the schedule and they started the work.
