I was going down the list of the service providers in my area (based off rating) and found Fabrizio's to be the first that could come out next day. I asked them to quote me a price for the work, and the first response was that I would save some money if I bought my own toilet. Unfortunately getting a toilet in that short amount of time would not have worked so I asked them to bring one. They estimated being able to be at my house by 1:00 but I got a call early in the day from Frank that said he'd be able to be there an hour early, and to verify the toilet I wanted. Frank showed up right on time, as promised, and looked into the work involved. It turns out that I did not need a replacement valve, it just needed to be tightened (which saved some money), and then he installed the new toilet. Throughout the entire time Frank was polite/professional and very thorough. After the job was done he also gave some free professional advice regarding some other work I would need in the near future, without requiring me to jump through any hoops. I would absolutely recommend Fabrizio's to anyone, and have already recommended them to my father for some work that was needed per my conversation with Frank."

I had a small leak under my kitchen sink which could have turned into a larger issue. I'm glad that he was able to identify that the new garbage disposal was installed too loose and that a screw had fallen out during its use. If I waited longer I could have ended up breaking it and spending a lot more money having it fixed.

 

Overall the job was done timely he was on-time and even came out on a Sat morning before 8am.
