"Owner came out on a Saturday morning to give me a quote. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and provided a COI on the spot. Price was very fair and he came out the next morning, Sunday to blow in the insulation. Did a really good thorough job, he did everything he said he would. "I’ve had Arrow for almost a year and have only seen a tech once. Yet I’m still being charged quarterly. I spoke with someone who assured me that a tech would come out on Friday and when I called back to make sure they were still coming I was informed that the appointment was moved back 2 more weeks. Meanwhile I find termites around the inside perimeter of my home and still nothing. I will be calling for a refund of all my funds. If I could give zero stars I would."
