"Mr. Ledezma is a professional. He was always available for questions and gave options according to our budget. The information provided was accurate and the price excellent. They were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. They took good care of our property. Final project turned out great! We recommend Mr. Ledezma100%! Other businesses estimated 30% more just for asphalt repair and did not even measured the roof area correctly."

"The fix on the skylights looks like it's working. He also did some kind of roof inspection and took care of the problems he photographed. I forgot to ask for a receipt so I will have something for my files. Just in case I need to show what was done on the roof."

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"Manuel and Maria came and gave an estimate and explained what they would do, then set up an appointment.  They arrived on scheduled time.  Cleaned the attic first.  Repaired the duct at one point.  Put tarp around garage before starting.  Put in baffles and insulation, cleaned up afterwards.  Manuel showed me pictures of before and after.    They were friendly and professional.  Pleased with job done.
